How to make the best out of one week in Mallorca?

Mallorca is a beautiful island that will permeate you with its purity and its sensational landscapes. Without a doubt, we are among those who think that it is worth discovering this Mediterranean island thoroughly, without haste and very calmly. An island of turquoise beaches, green and rugged mountains, and villages with a very special charm.

Don’t yoy know what to visit in Mallorca in a week? Keep calm, from MON PORT, we leave you a list of the essential places to visit if you come to this island and you have 7 days to enjoy its charm. Beach, mountains, villages, landscapes and even a National Park. All this and much more is what you can find on this small but captivating Mediterranean island. The desire to continue seeing landscapes that leave you speechless continues.

DAY 1

As a first day, we recommend you enjoy the picturesque Puerto de Andratx and the sensational beaches that surround it. One of the most impressive beaches that will leave you speechless is a small bay of stone and rocks, known as Cala Cranc. It is a small place and little frequented with crystal clear waters where you can relax and breathe the pure air so characteristic of our coasts. To end your beach day, you can go to the port where you will find many bars, cafes and restaurants, so sit down to rest in one of its terraces and enjoy the beautiful views in front of you.

DAY 2

Visit the natural park of Sa Dragonera, where you can arrive by boat from Puerto de Andratx or the town of Sant Elm. The dimensions of the island, its aridity, its relief and marine influence make this small island have an exceptional natural wealth. Enjoy the majestic views of the west coast of the island of Mallorca and the emerald blue of the Mediterranean.

DAY 3

You cannot miss a day in the enigmatic city of Palma de Mallorca. A beautiful city that encourage you to get lost in its narrow and charming streets. Here, you will find one of the most beautiful cathedrals in Spain, La Seu, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounded by the Jewish quarter and the most commercial areas of Palma. Other places of interest: La Almudaina, La Lonja, Es Baluard Museum, Bellver Castle.

DAY 4

Take a trip in a century-old wooden train to the charming town of Sóller. This train stands out for its special and attractive journey through the wonderful Sierra de Tramuntana going through orange and lemon orchards while enjoying excellent views of this beautiful valley.

DAY 5

Say goodbye to the sun in one of the best viewpoints of the island: the lighthouse of Formentor. It is located at the north end of the island, a place that besides having an extraordinary natural beauty, transmits serenity and tranquillity thanks to its captivating views.

DAY 6

Enjoy a complete day at one of the most idyllic beaches of Mallorca, Es Trenc. A seductive landscape forms this beach, the unique large undeveloped and well-preserved sandy area of Mallorca. Its turquoise waters, its bright white sand and its atmosphere make it into one of the most iconic beaches on the island.

DAY 7

These towns located to the southwest of the island are characterized by their coast with traditional Mallorcan houses facing the sea and their enigmatic cobbled streets. In addition, its beautiful, small and quiet beaches will make your visit an unforgettable experience while breathing fresh air.
