A Taste of German Christmas at Santa Ponsa

In Santa Ponsa, the Christmas market opens its doors each year from November 23 to mid-December. It embodies the spirit of German festivities, offering spiced mulled wine, a hallmark of the season, along with butter cookies and other traditional sweets.

Additionally, Santa Ponsa hosts a spectacular Lego exhibition each year, attracting both young and adult enthusiasts of these constructions.

Ratamarket at the Palacio de Congresos

Another major event of the season is Ratamarket, held at the Palacio de Congresos in Palma. With over 2000 square meters dedicated to local and sustainable products for gifting during the holiday.

Ratamarket also showcases nearly a hundred unique and personal art, design, and craft projects by local artists that are rarely found in more conventional fairs or events.

A food truck, a bar, a pastry and ice cream area, and a specialty coffee stand are set up in the gastronomic area.

All of this is complemented by a family-friendly program of activities, including storytelling, craft workshops, live music, providing days of entertainment.

Puerto Portals: Over 40 Wooden Stalls

The Christmas market in Puerto Portals keeps its lights on from December 14 to January 6.

Here, more than 40 wooden stalls, beautifully adorned with bright lights, fir branches, and Christmas wreaths, create a special and unique atmosphere for visitors.

Decorative items, clothing accessories, wooden toys—high-quality products to add an extra touch of magic to the holidays, complemented by a diverse and delicious gastronomic offering.

The program includes activities for the whole family and an exciting ice-skating rink.

Christmas markets are spread across all the towns in Mallorca, from Porto Adriano and Marratxí to Campos, Algaida, Sencelles, and more.
